CCES welcomed the addition of the Atlas Organics commercial composting program to our campus cafeterias this January.
CCES is focusing on food waste! Senior Rhett Adams started a campaign to incorporate composting campus wide last spring and at the beginning of the spring semester Atlas Organics' Director of Education, Leslie Rodgers, joined us for several days to assist with training the student body in how to reduce their personal food waste through composting.
